AI agent orchestration
Put AI agents to work and always know what they are doing. Even when there are many of them.
How does it work?
A request comes in by e-mail, through chat or from an app. The central orchestrator takes it over, decides who handles it and takes care of permissions and approvals. AI agents handle the work that needs judgement, and rules take care of the predictable steps. Everyone connects to your systems through one shared layer, and you can see every step in monitoring – including errors and costs.
-
01 Inputs
Users and business events E-mail · chat · apps · triggersThe entry point of the whole system. Requests come in by e-mail, through chat, from company apps or automatically as an event (trigger), such as a new order.
-
02 Control
Central orchestrator Task routing · workflows · approvalsThe brain of the whole architecture. It takes every request, decides who handles it, runs the individual workflow steps and, where needed, waits for human approval.
-
03 Processing
Workflow state Run history and contextStores the state of running workflows and their history. This makes it possible to resume after an interruption and to trace at any time what happened to a request.
Permissions and limits Who may do what, and how muchDefines which data and actions each part of the system can access, and enforces limits such as the number of calls or the budget.
AI agents Interpretation · analysis · content creationHandle tasks that require understanding text and context: they interpret the request, analyse data and prepare content, such as a reply to a customer.
Rule-based automations Validation · predictable operationsDeterministic steps that must run the same way every time: data validation and predictable operations. They are faster and cheaper than AI.
-
04 Integration
Shared integration layer API / MCPA single interface to company systems via API and MCP. AI agents and rule-based automations use the same connectors, so integrations aren't built twice.
-
05 Systems
Company systems CRM / ERP · documents · internal APIsWhere company data lives. Information is read from here and the results of automations are written back here.
-
Cross-cutting layer
Monitoring and audit Logs · Errors · Tokens and costs · Output qualityCollects logs, errors, token usage and costs from all layers and tracks output quality. It is the basis for auditing and fine-tuning the system.
